What is ONLINE status?

The ONLINE Status is indicated by a small blue circle next to the username, which let’s you know that the user is currently logged in to InkyWork’s website. This is useful in receiving quick responses from sellers when contacting them.

What if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your password, please go back to InkyWork and click Login > Forgot Password. Enter the email used to log into to your account and click Reset Password. A password reset email will be sent to that address if the email matches the account.

What can I sell?

Most important think is to be creative. You can offer any graphic design  service you wish as long as it’s legal and complies with our terms.

How do I price my service?

You set your pricing anywhere from $5 – $5000 depending on your current seller level.

How can I order a package?

To order some job, simply go to a seller’s page and click order button and, if available, select the job you wish to buy. On the order details page, you will be able to add extras to your purchase (if offered).

What if I'm not happy with my delivery?

If you are not happy with your delivery, you can always ask the seller for revisions. You can also resolve any further issues with your order through InkyWork Support.

How do I cancel my order?

We encourage you to work things out with your seller to try and settle conflicts amongst yourselves or to contact InkyWork Support.

How do I download attachments and files?

When receiving emails, you have the option to download attached files. Also, when accepting deliveries from the seller, you can download the delivered files.

If you are experiencing issues with downloading files to your computer, follow these steps:

  • Review your browser extensions Review if you have any firewall or antivirus software that prevents downloads.
  • Clear browser cache/ Verify that Adobe Flash is updated to the latest version.
  • Verify whether or not you have a pop-up blocker enabled. If so, disable it for inkywork.com.

Once you’ve verified the steps, go to your order page and click the file or link provided in the delivery message.

Can I withdraw money from my InkyWork account?

You can only withdraw money from your InkyWork account if you are a seller and have earned revenue through InkyWork. Revenue earned through InkyWork is deposited to your sales balance and is available for withdrawal after InkyWork’s clearance period. The minimum withdrawal is $50.

How do I claim unclaimed withdrawals?

If your withdrawal is marked as unclaimed on your PayPal account, then you must verify the email address you sent the withdrawal to with PayPal.

How long does it take for me to receive revenues from an order?

Buyers pay InkyWork for orders in advance. Once the order is created and started, sellers must fulfill their orders as described in their job description and must deliver completed files and/or proof of work.
Once work is delivered, the buyer has 72 hours to respond and post a review. If no response is provided within the response time, the order will be considered completed. After the order is marked as complete, you have 14 days to withdraw your funds.

How can I pay for services on InkyWork?

There are many ways you can pay for services on InkyWork. You can choose the option most suitable for you.
The following are the payment methods available on InkyWork:

  2. Credit/Debit Card
  3. Payoneer 

How can I receive an invoice for my purchases?

Invoices for purchases are available directly within the Order page.  In addition, within the Order page, you can click View Invoice.

What do the seller levels mean?

A seller level is a status earned by sellers based on ratings, performance, quality, and other factors.  More information you can find on  InkyWork’s Levels
